Fur Away Tails Pet Sitting Service has been caring for pets professionally along the Norfolk/Suffolk border since 2006. The business is based in Old Buckenham near Attleborough in Norfolk and covers the surrounding villages including Diss. It all began through my love of animals. When I was 4 years old my Dad came home with an Old English Sheepdog pup, we named her Beth, and since then I've always shared my life with animals, the current line up being 4 horses, 1 mini Shetland pony, a rescue dog and 3 rescue hens.

How we work

After the initial contact and we've discussed the service you require, we have a meet up to ensure we're all happy with each other. In some cases it may be necessary to visit more than once, e.g. if the animal is nervous. Once we're all mates, I have a registration/booking form for the client to fill in and away we go!

Please note there is no fee for the meet up(s), also should you wish to cancel any bookings you have made there is no cancellation fee either.

I am insured and DBS checked. I have experience with insulin dependent, epileptic and dementia suffering cats and dogs. Blind dogs, deaf dogs, dogs with vestibular and laminitic ponies.

I hold the following certifications:

BHS Stable Management and Horse Care Level 2 & Level 3
Assoc. Of British Riding Schools Equitation Test No. 1
Assoc. Of British Riding Schools Stable Management Test No.1
